Privacy
Privacy and personal information
This page explains how Work Being Therapy processes information when you visit the website or first get in touch.
When you visit the website
The website does not use contact forms or marketing cookies. Hosting and security suppliers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser information and request time, when necessary to deliver and protect the website.
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a stable and secure website. Technical information is retained only for as long as necessary under the suppliers' security and operating settings.
When you get in touch
When you write or call, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry, clarify practical matters and, where relevant, take steps towards an agreement.
Do not include health information or other sensitive details in your first ordinary email or text message. We will agree on an appropriate channel if such information becomes relevant.
Therapy, clinical records and confidentiality
Clinical information and records are not processed through this public website. If a therapeutic relationship is established, you will receive separate information about confidentiality, clinical records, legal basis, retention and your rights.
Online sessions take place through Microsoft Teams. Practical and clinical workflows are arranged with confidentiality and data protection in mind.
Work Being Psychological Profile
The profile tool at profile.workbeing.com operates separately. Responses are not stored centrally in the current solution, and the result is generated locally on the user's device.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency. Contact Work Being Therapy first if you have questions or wish to exercise your rights.
