When something has become too difficult to carry alone

You can bring what is weighing on you.

You may be experiencing stress, anxiety or worry. You may be struggling with difficult emotions, low self-esteem, inner pressure or relationships that have become painful. Or you may be facing change and finding that old ways of coping no longer work.

The process

A clear next step — without committing.

We begin with a brief, free exploratory conversation. You can describe in general terms what you are seeking help with, ask practical questions and sense whether we are the right match.

  1. 01

    Introductory conversation

A free conversation of approximately 25 minutes about your needs, questions and whether therapy may be right for you.

  2. 02

    Individual therapy

50-minute sessions with a shared focus and ongoing attention to what is genuinely helping.

  3. 03

    Online or by agreement

Sessions can take place online via Microsoft Teams or in person by separate agreement.

  4. 04

    Ongoing direction

We follow your development together and adjust the focus so therapy remains relevant to you.

Psychological approach

Collaborative, evidence-based and close to your life.

The approach is primarily inspired by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other modern, evidence-based psychology. The aim is not to remove every difficult thought or feeling, but to strengthen your ability to meet them and act towards the life that matters to you.

We consider the whole context: your patterns, relationships, working life, needs and values. Therapy should not turn you into a project, but give you a more precise language for your experience and more genuine choices.
